Welcome to Fainting Feathers!
We are a small homestead farm and hobby breeders of Myotonic goats located in Teague, Texas. We pride ourselves with keeping a healthy, happy herd. Our goal is to help maintain great genetics and preserve this unique breed. We also have a varity of dairy goats, including ADGA Lamanchas that produce wonderful, wholesome milk! Our goats are well cared for, very loved and spoiled! We always have fresh milk available! There are many different types of chickens here as well, who doesn't love fresh eggs?!? Visitors are always welcome! Our girls love attention!
2016 PRICE LIST
Our fainters are Dam raised and can leave the farm at 3 months of age. They will be vaccinated for CDT before they leave the farm. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold any of our fainting kids (checks, cash or Paypal). The remainder of the balance is due by date of pick-up (cash or Paypal ONLY). You must pick up your kid(s) within 7 days after the 3 months of age date unless previous arrangements are made. Any goat not picked up on agreed upon day with no notification will be considered still available for sale. You will recieve a "care packet" with your new goat and I am always available for your questions on care!

Dairy Kids
Our dairy kids will be started with their Dam to get the best start possible! They will be introduced to a bottle around 1 week and will be available as bottle babies at that time.
Lamancha Doelings $250-$500

Cross Bucklings/Wethers $35-$50
**Please note**
- Goats are herd animals and thrive in a group. I will only sell single kids if you have other goats.
-Bucklings are wethered between 4 weeks to 3 months of age. If you purchase any of my bucklings before that age you can bring him back and I will wether him free of charge.
- Disbudding is available. You MUST let me know right away if you want your kid(s) disbudded. They grow fast and I can only do them up to a certain size, otherwise it will need to be done by a vet at buyers expense.
- CDT vaccine is given at 1 month and then a booster between 2-3 months of age. If you purchase bottle babies, you can bring them by and I will vaccinate them free of charge.
REFUND POLICY: If your kid(s) become ill within 1 week for bottle babies or 4 weeks for dam raised you can return kid(s) for full refund. If they pass, refund will be given ONLY if cause of death (determined by vet at buyers expense, papaerwork required) is found to be of fault of seller or genetics of the goat.
